This research examines how FDM parameters like layer thickness, infill density, and print speed affect the mechanical properties of 3D-printed parts, especially carbon fiber-reinforced PLA composites. It highlights the importance of optimizing these parameters to improve strength, efficiency, and material usage. Various materials, including PLA, ABS, and Nylon, were compared for tensile, flexural, and impact strengths. Methods like TOPSIS were used to identify optimal settings, with findings relevant for functional and engineering applications.
